Principal's Message

Jeena Chalne ka Naam, Chalte raho subha sham

 Today as our beloved school   stands on the threshold of a new beginning I am reminded of these inspiring     lyrics of an old Hindi song. The journey of life is a continuum interspersed with momentous milestones. Every milestone marks the  culmination of a phase. How one views that milestone depends on how successful one has been in that phase. It is a matter of utmost joy and pride for me to see my alma-mater cross a very important milestone by switching over to CBSE. The reason for our switch over was not only the insistent demand of the parents but also our desire to see our students compete at the national level.

We must, however remember that a milestone is not the destination. New challenges, new paths beckon and we have to face them and prove  ourselves afresh.  We are now stepping out into a larger arena and all of us, the students, teachers and parents have to join hands to rise to the occasion so that Modern Senior Secondary School becomes one of the best schools affiliated to CBSE also.

One of our strengths has always been our adherence to traditional values and discipline. We shall continue to maintain these even as we incorporate the new Cyber age technology into our education system. From the next academic session we are converting all our classrooms into Educomp smart classes so that our students can get the best that digital technology has to offer in addition to the tried and tested traditional modes of teaching. We have also made arrangements to provide transport facility to the students from the coming session. Needless to say we shall continue to incorporate new things in order to stay abreast with the changing needs and trends.

We have come a long way. Let us now together embark on a new journey with renewed spirit and vigour and continue conquering new frontiers whose margins fade as we reach them.
