Since Modern Senior Secondary School is an unaided school, it has to
meet all its expenses largely from tuition fee. Inherent in its
educational and financial policy are two major purposes : to pay
salaries at par with the Government and Government aided schools to
its staff and to include children from families of varying
occupations, backgrounds, interests and economic circumstances.
All school dues
are to be paid by cheque for 3 months at a time within 15 days
of the issue of the bill, failing which a fine of Rs.5/- per day is charged for the first 15 days and Rs.
10/- per day for the next 15 days. Thereafter, the name of that
student whose dues are not paid is struck off the rolls and
she/he is not
readmitted until all school dues including a fresh entrance fee are
paid. If a cheque is dishonoured by the bank, a fine of Rs. 100/- is charged.
