Procedure for Admission

ENROLMENT

The school starts with a K.G. class for tiny tots from four and a half years to five and a half years of age. The admission to various classes is given to deserving students strictly on merit. Subject to the availability of seats, an entrance test is held in the end of March every year, and the candidates who qualify according to the required criteria are admitted to various classes.

Admission is based on the following criteria for K.G. to Std. X:

·      Merit in the admission Test

·      Preference is given to students with English Medium

·      Proficiency in Sports and other co-curricular Activities

Admission is based on the following criteria for XI and  XII  :

Minimum % age required for applying for admission

XI Science (Medical and Non Medical)                             60%
XI Humanities                                                               50%
XI Commerce                                                               55%

Admission is based on the following criteria:

·      Score in the previous class.

·      Preference is given to students with English Medium

·      Proficiency in Sports and other co-curricular Activities

·      For admission to Science group, marks obtained in English, Science and Mathematics are taken into consideration.

 Prospectus/Application Forms for admission are available in the school office.

STUDENTS' PROGRESS REPORT

Monthly tests are given to the students in each subject and monthly report cards showing their progress in each subject, are sent to the parents every month. The reports have to be signed by the parents and sent back to the Teacher In charge.
